About the Internship
Colorado Legal Services, in collaboration with the Colorado Access to Justice Commission and the Legal Services Corporation Technology Initiative Grant Program, is offering an internship for students interested in civil law and legal self-help technology. Interns will contribute to the development of Law Help Colorado, a bilingual online resource that provides legal information and tools for self-represented litigants (SRLs).

Key Responsibilities | Researching and drafting content related to Colorado housing, family, and consumer law, using AI tools to refine content, ensuring accessibility, organizing legal information, reviewing materials for readability, and supporting SEO best practices. |
Qualifications
- Law students or pre-law undergraduates located in Colorado
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Interest in access to justice and legal self-help resources
- Familiarity with website content organization
Bonus Qualifications:
- Spanish proficiency
- Experience with web accessibility and plain-language legal writing
- Knowledge of SEO and legal information design
