About the Event

Brainiac IP Solutions is urgently inviting applications for the position of Legal Intern (IPR) for the months of August and September 2025. This internship is a two-month, in-office opportunity based in Pune, focused on Trademark and Copyright Prosecution. The position offers direct involvement in real-world IP cases and research activities and is extendable based on performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for students who have opted for IPR as an elective or have completed a diploma in Intellectual Property Law, and are looking for hands-on training under experienced legal associates.

Format and Structure

The selected intern will assist with:

• Trademark and Copyright Prosecution
• Legal Research related to IP matters
• Drafting of Legal Documents, client opinions, and notices
• Analysing IP Case Law and legislation under the guidance of a Legal Associate

Interns will be mentored by legal professionals and gain direct exposure to filing processes, client interaction, and document drafting related to Intellectual Property Rights.

• 🎓 3rd or 4th year students of a 5-year LL.B. course
