About the Internship:

The Legal Internship at Centre 4 POSH is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior associates on legal documentation, research work, and court proceedings. Interns will get hands-on experience in helping companies comply with POSH regulations, facilitate sensitization training, and manage the prevention and redressal of sexual harassment incidents.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Legal Documentation & Research: Assist senior associates in drafting legal documents, conducting research, and organizing necessary information.
  • Compliance Assistance: Help ensure organizations meet the guidelines of the SH Act through documentation, reports, and administrative support.
  • Court Visits: Attend court sessions and visit legal departments as required to assist in legal cases related to POSH Act compliance and redressal.
  • Assignment Completion: Take up daily jobs and assignments, contributing to various aspects of POSH compliance and organizational training efforts.

Internship Dates & Mode:

  • Mode: Hybrid (Remote and On-Site work options)
  • Duration: 1-3 months (can be extended based on performance)
  • Location: New Delhi, India, or remote (depending on availability and preference)

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Educational Background: Pursuing a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) or higher qualification in law.
  • Experience: Previous internship or work experience in legal documentation and research is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and legal research tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively with senior associates, legal teams, and contribute to ongoing projects.
