About the Internship

Unacademy is offering an on-site legal internship for 4-6 months at their Bengaluru headquarters. This paid internship, with a stipend of ₹15,000 per month, is designed to provide hands-on experience in legal compliance, regulatory affairs, and corporate law. Interns will work closely with the legal team, contributing to crucial legal operations and projects within the ed-tech sector.

Additional Details

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents and contracts.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on regulatory compliance.
• Track and monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting ed-tech operations.
• Support internal audits, compliance checks, and policy development.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary.
• Maintain records and prepare compliance reports.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing/completed LLB or equivalent degree.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of corporate law and compliance frameworks is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
