Wildlife Trust of India (WTI) is one of India’s leading non-profit conservation organizations dedicated to protecting endangered species, preventing wildlife crime, and preserving threatened habitats. WTI’s Natural Heritage Campaigns (NHC) and Wildlife Crime Control Division are inviting applications for a 3-month legal internship at their Noida headquarters. This role is focused on legal research, litigation support, and reporting related to elephant conservation and wildlife crime in India.
Interns will work under the guidance of WTI’s lead legal counsel, assist in real case analysis, and contribute to meaningful wildlife conservation outcomes.

This is an individual internship, with collaboration across WTI’s legal and conservation teams.

A: No. Interns must be physically present at the WTI headquarters in Noida.

A: Yes. Interns may undertake field visits or attend meetings in Delhi-NCR or other states in coordination with legal teams.
Q3: Will an internship certificate be provided?
A: Yes. Internship certificates will be issued on successful completion.
Q4: Can first-year law students apply?
A: No. The opportunity is for those currently enrolled in or recently graduated from law programs (UG or PG).
