As part of its growing legal and compliance team, DashLoc is offering a corporate law internship to provide law students with hands-on exposure to mergers & acquisitions, contract drafting, corporate governance, and compliance management.
DashLoc is inviting applications for its Legal Internship Programme for law students interested in corporate law and compliance. The internship is on-site at DashLoc’s Bangalore office, offering an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in corporate transactions, contract law, and regulatory compliance.

✔ Legal Research & Case Analysis – Conduct research on corporate law issues, compliance regulations, and legal precedents.
✔ Contract Drafting & Review – Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including agreements, corporate policies, and NDAs.
✔ Regulatory Compliance – Support the legal team in compliance-related tasks, including regulatory filings and documentation.
✔ Due Diligence for Transactions – Conduct due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate matters.
✔ Corporate Governance Support – Assist in ensuring legal compliance with company policies, governance requirements, and contractual obligations.
✅ Currently enrolled in a law degree program (LL.B.) from an accredited institution.
✅ Strong academic performance with an interest in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.
✅ Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & legal research tools.
✅ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
