Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed legal research on cryptocurrency, blockchain, and related investment and banking laws.
• Analyze and interpret relevant laws and regulations for compliance purposes.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of contracts, including service agreements, vendor contracts, and NDAs.
• Assist in preparing legal documents such as opinions, memoranda, and corporate resolutions.
• Provide legal support across departments, including product development, marketing, and compliance.
