About the Internship

M&A Law Offices is offering an exciting on-site legal internship opportunity in Delhi for the period of March-April 2025.   • Conducting in-depth legal research for case preparation.
  • Drafting legal documents, motions, pleadings, writs, and briefs.
  • Reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing case law and legal articles.
  • Providing support in legal strategy formulation for corporate and litigation matters.

The internship will take place on-site at M&A Law Offices, Delhi.

• Skills Required:
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools (Manupatra, SCC, Westlaw).
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Adobe.
