Internship Details

  • Internship Duration: 1 month (August 2025)
  • Internship Mode:
    • Physical: 4 positions available (for Delhi-based applicants)
    • Virtual: 7 positions available (open to all Indian law students)
  • Stipend: This is an unpaid internship. A Certificate of Completion will be issued.
  • Joining Date: 1st August 2025

Eligibility

  • Law Students enrolled in a 3-year LL.B. or 5-year integrated law programme
  • Preferred Years: 2nd year and above
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills
  • Strong command over English language
  • For physical internship: Applicants must be located in or near Delhi NCR
  • For virtual internship: Access to stable internet and ability to commit time regularly

Roles & Responsibilities

Interns selected for this program will be expected to:

  • Conduct case law and statutory research
  • Assist in legal drafting of petitions, legal notices, and reply documents
  • Prepare case briefs and memos
  • Attend virtual briefings and training sessions
  • Support in preparing court submissions and hearing notes
  • Coordinate with the advocate on real-time legal matters
  • Receive feedback and mentoring to improve drafting, research, and legal interpretation
