Position: Associate – Corporate Law

Location: New Delhi

Experience: 1-2 years

Practice Area: Corporate Law

Roles & Responsibilities

• Advising clients on corporate and commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, and company structuring.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and transactional documents.
• Conducting corporate due diligence and assisting in M&A transactions.
• Handling regulatory matters concerning corporate governance, business structuring, and financial transactions.
• Assisting in litigation and dispute resolution related to corporate matters.

Eligibility Criteria

• LL.B. degree from a recognized law school.
