Position: Assistant Manager – Corporate Legal
Employee Status: Full-Time

Job Description

As part of our legal team, you will be responsible for providing advice on contractual matters across various locations. You will collaborate closely with other members of the Legal Team and business stakeholders globally. Your role will require a strong knowledge of contract laws and the ability to translate complex legal advice into practical guidance for stakeholders who may not be familiar with legal terminologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contractual Expertise: Demonstrate a sound understanding of contract laws and oversee advice on contractual matters across different jurisdictions.
• Drafting & Negotiation: Responsible for drafting, negotiating, and advising on various contracts, including framework agreements, commercial contracts, meeting and events contracts, letters of intent, service contracts, corporate responsibility contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and Novations.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain trusted and effective interpersonal relationships. Adopt a sensitive approach to intercultural communication and ways of working.
• Legal Advice: Translate complex legal advice into practical, comprehensible advice for a range of stakeholders.
