Format and Structure
1. IP Counsel (5–7 years PQE)
Focus Areas:
- Patents, trademarks, copyrights, and IP portfolio strategy
- Global filings and integration of IP post-acquisition
- Legal due diligence on intangible assets
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior in-house experience is a strong advantage
- LLM is desirable but not mandatory
- Hands-on experience managing international IP matters
2. Legal Counsel – Commercial Contracts (5+ years PQE)
Focus Areas:
- Drafting and negotiating U.S. commercial contracts (SaaS, MSAs, sales, procurement, tech)
- Experience with AI-powered CLM platforms such as IronClad
- Legal reviews on U.S. compliance laws: FCPA, sanctions, data privacy, antitrust
- Some knowledge of Indian laws: DPDP, labor, POSH
Skills Required:
- Proficiency with legal automation tools
- Comfort with U.S. contract frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exposure to both Indian and cross-border corporate legal issues
3. Legal Associate – Generalist (2–4 years PQE)
Focus Areas:
- Contract management and review
- IP support and compliance coordination
- Assistance with legal tech systems
- In-house documentation and stakeholder liaison
Ideal Candidate:
- Eager to build a career in in-house legal operations
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Familiar with handling multiple legal streams simultaneously
