1. IP Counsel (5–7 years PQE)

Focus Areas:

• Prior in-house experience is a strong advantage
• LLM is desirable but not mandatory

2. Legal Counsel – Commercial Contracts (5+ years PQE)

Focus Areas:

• Drafting and negotiating U.S. commercial contracts (SaaS, MSAs, sales, procurement, tech)
• Experience with AI-powered CLM platforms such as IronClad
• Legal reviews on U.S. compliance laws: FCPA, sanctions, data privacy, antitrust
• Some knowledge of Indian laws: DPDP, labor, POSH

Skills Required:

• Proficiency with legal automation tools

• Exposure to both Indian and cross-border corporate legal issues
