Responsibilities

• Advising clients on corporate transactions, M&A, and private equity investments.
• Conducting due diligence and drafting transaction documents.

Eligibility

• Experience: 2 to 7 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in Tier 1 and Tier 2 law firms handling corporate law matters.
• Skill Set: Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial laws, transactional drafting, and regulatory compliance.
