About the Event

Trillionloans is inviting applications for the position of Legal Manager to join its in-house legal team.

This full-time, in-office role is ideal for lawyers with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience, especially those with a background in NBFCs, fintech, banking, or general corporate law.

The Legal Manager will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of contracts including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), FLDG arrangements, vendor and service contracts, NDAs, and procurement-related documentation.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining contract trackers, developing internal processes, and assisting the Legal Head with governance and litigation tracking.

Candidates with working knowledge of RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs and financial institutions will be given preference.
