About the Position

Poonawalla Fincorp is looking to hire Legal Managers with a strong background in Commercial Loans (LAP). The role requires candidates to have at least 5 years of experience in the industry and a thorough understanding of loan agreements, security documentation, and related legal procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing legal aspects related to commercial loans (LAP).
• Drafting and reviewing loan agreements, security documents, and compliance-related paperwork.
• Providing legal advice to internal teams on loan operations.
• Ensuring that all loan documentation complies with the relevant laws and regulations.

Ideal Candidate:

• LL.B. qualification.
• 5 years of experience in handling LAP.
• Prior experience in commercial loan legal processes is mandatory.
• Immediate joining will be preferred.
• Local candidates will be prioritized.
