About the Legal Officer – Recovery Role
CapTalent HR is urgently hiring for a Legal Officer specialized in Recovery to oversee legal matters for a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) across the West Region of Tamil Nadu. This role involves comprehensive management of recovery cases, with a focus on high-volume SARFAESI and DRT filings. Candidates with at least 4 years of relevant experience and an immediate availability are encouraged to apply. This full-time position offers a salary package of ₹6 LPA and includes responsibilities spanning court proceedings, debt recovery, asset restructuring, and collaboration across divisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Legal & Recovery Oversight: Manage all legal and recovery matters for the West Region in Tamil Nadu.
- Case Filings: Initiate and oversee SARFAESI and DRT filings for high-volume cases, ensuring accurate and timely handling of legal processes.
- Court Proceedings: Engage independently in court proceedings, attend hearings, and represent client interests effectively.
- Strategic Recovery: Develop and implement recovery strategies through NCLT processes, debt restructuring, and asset sales.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other company divisions to align recovery goals with overall business objectives.
- Pressure Management: Demonstrate the ability to perform under high-pressure situations while maintaining a collaborative attitude.
