About the Job

Tech Mahindra is hiring experienced legal professionals for roles in contract management and legal documentation. The responsibilities include:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IT/ITES contracts and agreements.
• Handling Master Service Agreements, NDAs, EPC, Turnkey contracts, and Professional Service Agreements.
• Managing government tenders, bid proposals, and contracts with OEMs, service providers, and subcontractors.
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders for contract amendments, extensions, and compliance.
• Identifying and mitigating risks in contractual matters.

Eligibility:

• Qualified LLB with 3–15 years of experience in contract management.
