Format and Structure

The internship includes a hands-on, multi-stage training and assignment process:

• CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management): Manage and update DocuSign CLM workflows, maintain contract archives, track renewals and approvals.
• Operational Legal Support: Maintain trackers, folders, and metadata; respond to internal contract queries.
• Contract Review (Future Scope): Conduct first-level reviews of NDAs and SoWs under supervision.
• Documentation: Prepare correspondence and legal summaries.
