About the Role

CrowdStrike is seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to join its award-winning Legal Operations Team in Pune, India. The role focuses on supporting the global legal organization through innovative solutions in people, processes, and technology. Key responsibilities include managing eBilling, vendor management, matter management, and internal knowledge management. The role provides opportunities to contribute to operational excellence and efficiency in legal processes, directly supporting the company’s global legal function.

Key Responsibilities

• eBilling and Spend Management: Oversee invoice processing, manage payment queries, and identify opportunities for savings and efficiency.
• Matter Management: Assist with data analysis, report creation, and ensuring compliance with matter engagement letters.
• Vendor Management: Act as the primary contact for all law firm/vendor queries and manage vendor onboarding.
• General Tasks: Provide administrative support, maintain spend dashboards, and assist with various ad-hoc projects across legal teams.

Pune, Maharashtra, India (Work from Office)

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years of experience in legal operations, e-billing, or related fields.
• Familiarity with eBilling systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of AP and finance principles, alternative fee arrangements, and legal billing guidelines.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and to work both independently and collaboratively.

Bonus Points

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with business insights tools like Tableau.
• Background in the legal field.
