About the Trainee Associate Role

IPgyan Consulting LLP is seeking a Trainee Associate with 0-1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for recent law graduates or final-year law students who are passionate about intellectual property law and want to gain hands-on experience working in a specialized legal field. As a Trainee Associate, you will work closely with the firm’s experienced legal team and contribute to a wide variety of tasks, helping you develop your legal knowledge and practical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Legal Research: Conduct in-depth legal research on intellectual property laws, cases, and regulations.
• Document Drafting: Assist in the preparation and drafting of various legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to IP matters.
• Client Communication: Support client interactions, including responding to queries and providing updates on case progress.
• Virtual Meetings: Attend and participate in virtual client meetings and internal discussions regarding ongoing cases and legal strategies.

This position is primarily remote, but occasional office visits to the firm’s office in Hitech City, Hyderabad may be required.
