Key Responsibilities

• Legal audit and title due diligence of properties
• Verification of title and search reports
• Expertise in property and contract laws
• Risk analysis and audit of property titles

Eligibility Criteria

• Post Qualification Experience (PQE): 6 months to 2 years
• Background in law firms, banks, financial institutions (FIs), or non-banking financial companies (NBFCs) preferred
• Strong understanding of property law, contract law, and title verification
