• NALSAR students who are presently studying in 3rd year or above and are interested in arbitration law.

• Interested candidates are required to submit in their CVs, a covering letter on what interests them about arbitration law and why they wish to join the Centre, and a short article on: The Lack of Power in a S. 34 Court to Amend / Modify an Arbitral Award: Rationale, Implications, and Solutions (not exceeding 1500 words) and email it to mkbac@nalsar.ac.in on or before 28.06.2024
