Job Responsibilities
- Attending courts, Maha-RERA, appellate tribunals, and government authorities for legal matters.
- Drafting and vetting various agreements, including Agreements for Sale, Lease Agreements, and NDAs.
- Preparing and reviewing documents related to residential and commercial transactions.
- Handling legal queries, customer responses, and compliance matters.
- Providing legal updates and reports to the Legal Head.
- Managing other legal assignments as directed by the Legal Head.
Location
This is an on-site role based at Larsen & Toubro’s Mumbai office.
