About the Opportunity

RADIANT is hiring a Legal Specialist to provide legal advisory services for master planning and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects in the tourism sector. This role offers the opportunity to work on groundbreaking initiatives in a hybrid work mode, combining flexibility with meaningful contributions to transformative projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support for master planning and PPP projects, focusing on compliance and risk mitigation.
• Draft, review, and finalize legal documentation, including contracts and agreements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve legal concerns and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop strategies to address legal challenges in the tourism and infrastructure sectors.
• Align project activities with applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications and Experience

• Educational Requirement: LLM (Master of Laws) degree.
• Professional Expertise:
  • A minimum of 12 years of legal practice experience.
  • Proven record as a legal advisor in at least three master planning or PPP projects within the tourism domain.
  • Strong understanding of legal frameworks related to tourism, infrastructure, and PPP.
  • Outstanding skills in legal analysis, negotiation, and communication.
