Format/Structure

  • Handle corporate expansions, integrations, and liquidations.
  • Ensure corporate governance and regulatory compliance for Alphabet subsidiaries.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in a law firm, government office, or in-house legal department
  • Strong legal document review and organizational capabilities
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and collaboration skills
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing board/shareholder documentation and compliance
  • Strong interest in innovative legal processes
