About the Opportunity

BCG is seeking a Legal Specialist to join its Gurugram office on a 1-year fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for legal professionals with 2-3 years of experience in contracts management, particularly in reviewing, negotiating, and managing various agreements such as NDAs and data processing agreements. The role will involve working closely with BCG’s internal teams, offering insights on commercial contracts and ensuring compliance with legal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reviewing and managing contracts, including NDAs and data processing agreements.
2. Negotiating terms and ensuring contract compliance.
3. Collaborating with internal teams to support commercial contracting needs.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have 2-3 years of experience in contracts management.
