About the Role:

SPFPL is hiring two Legal professionals with deep experience in Supply Chain Financing from banks, NBFCs, or fintechs. This Mumbai-based role involves a comprehensive legal advisory and documentation profile across lending, corporate law, and recovery strategies. The position is ideal for legal professionals with over 12 years of experience in supply chain finance legal operations.

Job Details:

Responsibilities:

• Draft and finalize lending documentation for supply chain finance and NBFC operations.
• Stay updated on legal/regulatory developments and guide internal teams accordingly.
• Standardize documentation and develop internal legal best practices.
• Provide strategic legal inputs on legislation impacting operations.
• Collaborate with business and credit teams during customer onboarding and recovery.
• Ensure timely closure of legal assignments and maintain documentation logs.
• Travel-ready and capable of independently managing corporate legalities.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in NBFC laws, supply chain financing, and corporate lending.
• Prior work with business/credit teams in structuring and recovery.
• Strong drafting, research, and advisory skills.
• Familiarity with financial statements is an added advantage.
• Moot court, internships, and strong CLAT background preferred.
