About the Event

This opportunity invites applications for a full-time Litigation Associate role focused on criminal litigation. It is ideal for young litigators with 1–2 years of court experience who are looking to handle matters end-to-end—from briefing to court appearances. Associates will receive continuous mentoring while independently managing case files, arguing in court, and working across the criminal litigation spectrum.

Format and Structure

The selection process will involve resume screening, followed by a short telephonic or in-person interview. Finalists may be asked to submit a writing sample or demonstrate familiarity with bail/revision drafting. Selected candidates will start under a probation period with full file responsibility under supervision.

Eligibility

• Law graduates with 1–2 years litigation experience in Delhi/NCR
• Sound knowledge of IPC/BNS, CrPC/BNSS, and Evidence Act/BSA
• Must have practical experience in drafting and court procedure
• Licensed to practice law in India
• Must be comfortable travelling daily to Noida or be based nearby
