About the Opportunity

The Chambers of Sahil Monga invites applications for the post of Litigation Associate to assist in diverse litigation matters. This is a full-time role based in New Delhi, ideal for young lawyers passionate about appellate litigation, legal research, and courtroom advocacy.

Format/Structure

The application process requires candidates to email their CV and one writing sample. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a research/drafting assignment, followed by an interview.

• District & Trial Courts

Additional Details

• Minimum Experience: 1 year in appellate litigation or judicial clerkship is preferred.
• Strong research and writing skills are essential.
• Candidates with achievements in moot courts, debating, and legal writing will be prioritized.
• Remuneration will be commensurate with industry standards.
