About the Opportunity

The firm is looking for a motivated associate with a strong foundation in legal research, drafting, and litigation. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in court appearances, preparing case documents, and conducting extensive research to support ongoing litigation matters. This role provides exposure to a broad spectrum of legal proceedings, allowing young professionals to develop practical advocacy skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research and case analysis.
• Drafting pleadings, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Representing clients in court proceedings under supervision.
• Assisting in client consultations and case strategy discussions.
• Keeping updated on recent legal developments and case laws.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: LL.B. or equivalent law degree.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in litigation (preferred).
• Skills Required: Strong legal research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills.
• Location Preference: Candidates based in Delhi NCR will be given priority.
