• Conduct market research to identify potential clients in North America, APAC, and MENA regions.
• Research international business laws and regulations relevant to client industries.
• Assist in client outreach activities and understand their legal and business requirements.
• Draft briefs, memos, and correspondence on legal considerations for international business transactions.

New Delhi & Remote

Additional Details

• Eligibility: Open to LLB, BBA, MBA, and B.Com students.
• Skillset Required: Strong research and drafting skills, familiarity with corporate compliance, and excellent communication abilities.
• Joining Date: Rolling basis.
