Mamann Sandaluk LLP is seeking a skilled Legal Assistant to join their team and support various permanent and temporary immigration applications. This is a full-time, permanent, remote/hybrid role, offering an opportunity to work with seasoned immigration lawyers in a dynamic and technology-driven environment.

Job Details

Format & Responsibilities

The selected Legal Assistant will be responsible for:

• Handling a variety of immigration applications, including Spousal Sponsorship, Express Entry, PNP, Work Permits, Study Permits, LMIA, and Citizenship applications.
• Gathering, reviewing, and organizing supporting documents for case submissions.
• Conducting legal research related to Canadian immigration policies and procedures.
• Maintaining client records, updating case management systems, and organizing internal databases.
• Drafting legal correspondence and submissions as per lawyer guidelines.
• Managing client communications via email and telephone professionally.
• Handling invoicing and administrative support tasks as needed.

Location & Work Mode

This role is fully remote or hybrid, offering flexibility to candidates based in Canada.
