Format/Structure

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting legal documents including written statements, notices, police complaints, and applications.
• Managing litigation portfolios including civil, criminal, consumer, and insolvency matters.
• Responding to notices from statutory authorities and law enforcement agencies.
• Maintaining MIS, contingent liabilities, compliance records, and advocate/vendor bills.
• Supporting IPR matters (trademark, copyright, domain-related filings and enforcement).

Eligibility Criteria

• LL.B. (3-year or 5-year integrated course) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in litigation and legal advisory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
