Key Responsibilities
- Drafting legal documents including written statements, notices, police complaints, and applications.
- Managing litigation portfolios including civil, criminal, consumer, and insolvency matters.
- Responding to notices from statutory authorities and law enforcement agencies.
- Maintaining MIS, contingent liabilities, compliance records, and advocate/vendor bills.
- Supporting IPR matters (trademark, copyright, domain-related filings and enforcement).
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. (3-year or 5-year integrated course) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in litigation and legal advisory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
