About the University/Organization
Al-Ameen College of Law, Bangalore, is a distinguished institution under the aegis of the Al-Ameen Educational Society, founded in 1966 by visionary educationist Dr. Mumtaz Ahmed Khan. With over 200 institutions across India, the Society champions education across disciplines. The law college, affiliated with Karnataka State Law University and recognized by the Bar Council of India, is NAAC accredited with a B++ grade and offers 3-year and 5-year LL.B programs. About the Event
The Dr. Mumtaz Ahmed Khan 8th National Level Moot Court Competition 2025, hosted by Al-Ameen College of Law, is a prestigious national event focused on the theme “IPR, AI Ethics, and Constitutional Law.” The moot problem draws participants into a high-stakes dispute concerning artificial intelligence, algorithmic privacy, data protection, and intellectual property—all under the framework of a fictional constitutional republic modeled on Indian law.
With top-notch judging panels from both litigation and corporate sectors, this competition offers a unique opportunity for budding advocates to test their mettle in realistic legal simulations.

- Max 40 A4 pages
- PDF + 6 hard copies per side (12 total)
- Strict anonymity (team codes only)
- Oral Rounds:
- Prelims & Quarters: 30 min/team
- Finals: 55 min/team
