About the Event

The Smt. Nirmala Devi Bam Memorial International Moot Court Competition is the flagship event of the Indore Institute of Law. Now in its 7th chapter, this prestigious competition is designed to foster analytical thinking, advocacy, and legal research among future lawyers through intense moot court simulations. The 2025 edition is centered around critical legal themes concerning data privacy, consent, and corporate accountability under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
