  • Abstract: Not more than 200 words
  • Citation: Bluebook (20th edition)
  • Co-Authorship: Permitted (up to two authors)

    • Headings: Times New Roman, 14 pt
    • Body Text: Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 spacing
    • Footnotes: Times New Roman, 10 pt, 1.0 spacing
