The journal is flexible with word limits depending on the quality of the submission. All manuscripts undergo a rigorous editorial review process, including double-blind peer review, ensuring that only the highest quality scholarship is published.

  • Submission Guidelines: Submissions must conform to the NLSIR’s mandate and be relevant to Indian law. All manuscripts should be anonymized and accompanied by a cover letter and a 150-word abstract.
  • Submission Process: Submissions must be made via the NLSIR Digital Commons Repository. Email submissions are not accepted.
  • Review Process: Authors will receive feedback within 4 weeks of submission. Manuscripts approved by the editors will undergo a double-blind peer review before final acceptance.
