The 12th Mahamana Malaviya National Moot Court Competition (MMNMCC) is a prestigious annual event that challenges participants’ legal acumen, advocacy skills, and teamwork. It provides a national platform for law students to engage with complex legal problems, showcasing their talents before esteemed judges and academics.

Format/Structure
The competition includes:
- Preliminary Rounds: All teams argue for both petitioner and respondent sides.
- Quarterfinals: Top eight teams advance.
- Semifinals: Four teams compete.
- Final Round: The best two teams face off.

The event will be held at the Law School, BHU, located in the historic city of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
Additional Details
- Eligibility: Open to LL.B. students (3-year or 5-year courses) from recognized institutions in India.
- Team Composition: Teams may consist of two speakers and one researcher or just two speakers.
- Prizes: Prestigious trophies for winners, runners-up, and awards for Best Researcher, Best Speaker, and Best Memorial.
- Registration Fee: ₹3,000 per team.
