About the Event
CriminoLex: The Drafting and Judgment Battle is a National Online Moot Court Competition designed to test and sharpen judicial reasoning and drafting skills.
Unlike traditional moots, this unique competition places emphasis on charge framing and judgment writing, allowing participants to immerse themselves in practical tasks reflective of courtroom proceedings.
The event is especially significant as it integrates the new criminal law regime under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, and the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023. It is an opportunity for law students to test their analytical clarity, reasoning, and writing skills while engaging directly with contemporary legal frameworks.
