About the Event
The NLIU-Chandhiok & Mahajan Article Writing Competition invites law students, researchers, and professionals to contribute their insights on contemporary legal issues. The competition aims to encourage in-depth analysis and innovative thinking while promoting the culture of academic writing.
Participants have the opportunity to win exciting prizes and get their work published in the prestigious NLIU Law Review.

Submission Guidelines
- Word Limit: 3,500–5,000 words (excluding footnotes).
- Formatting: Times New Roman (12 pt), 1.5 line spacing.
- Citation: Bluebook (21st Edition).
- Co-authorship is permitted (maximum two authors).
Prizes
- Winner: ₹10,000
- First Runner-up: ₹7,000
- Second Runner-up: ₹3,000
- Selected articles will be considered for publication in the NLIU Law Review.
