Established in 1997, the National Law Institute University (NLIU) is one of India’s premier legal education institutions. Renowned for its academic rigor and innovative programs, NLIU has a rich history of addressing contemporary legal challenges. Its Cell for Law and Technology (NLIU-CLT), founded in 2019, is dedicated to exploring the intersection of law and technology, fostering research, and facilitating dialogue on critical issues like data privacy, AI regulation, and intellectual property rights in the digital era.
The NLIU Journal of Law and Technology is an annual, double-blind peer-reviewed journal. As the flagship publication of the NLIU-CLT, it serves as a platform for legal professionals, academicians, and students to contribute to the discourse on the intersection of law and technology. Submissions are invited under categories such as long articles, short articles, case comments, and book reviews, focusing on contemporary themes like cybersecurity, blockchain, intellectual property, and more.
Submissions must be anonymized for blind review and adhere to the prescribed structure.
