This opportunity is designed for experienced professionals aiming to play a vital role in alumni relations at one of India’s premier law universities. The Manager – Alumni Relations will be responsible for outreach, engagement strategies, event organization, alumni services, and supporting the university’s fundraising and branding efforts.

Format and Structure

• Application Review (Part 1): Shortlisting of candidates based on applications (1:5 ratio for interviews).
• Interview (Part 2): Selection Panel will score candidates out of 50 marks. NLSIU may conduct multiple interview rounds (in-person or via video conferencing) and background checks.

• Prizes: Permanent employment till superannuation (60 years) subject to confirmation after 2 years’ probation.
• Eligibility: Graduate degree in any discipline (preferably Business Administration/Communications/Public Relations or related areas) with 55% aggregate marks (50% for benchmark disabilities); 6+ years of overall work experience with at least 3 years in alumni engagement, programme development, stakeholder engagement, client servicing, financial aid initiatives, or a related field. Postgraduate degree desirable.
