This is an offline, full-time internship program based in Delhi. Interns will be expected to work from the office and assist lawyers with court matters, client interactions, legal drafting, and case preparation.

• Conduct in-depth legal research on matters pertaining to civil and commercial laws
• Assist in drafting legal documents, including contracts, agreements, notices, and replies
• Prepare and organize case files for litigation and arbitration proceedings
• Attend client consultations and meetings under supervision
• Assist with court filings and attend proceedings before various courts and tribunals in Delhi
• Maintain legal documentation and case records using MS-Office and MS-Word tools
