About the Event

Format and Structure

This is a full-time, offline internship that runs for 6 months at the Purplle Head Office in Mumbai. The role is focused on non-litigation corporate legal work, especially relating to real estate, lease documentation, and compliance management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review Letters of Intent (LOIs), lease agreements, and supporting documents for new store openings
• Coordinate with landlords and internal teams to manage licenses such as APOBs and other regulatory filings
• Maintain and update the legal contract repository, track renewals, and ensure version control
• Conduct compliance checks to verify that all required documents are in place before store handovers
• Work on real estate-related documentation and provide support in verifying title and property law adherence
• Assist in preparing and organizing documents for internal audits and ensure legal readiness
