About the University/Organization
Soundarya College of Law (SCL), Bengaluru, established in 2018, is committed to delivering quality legal education through a learner-centric model that blends traditional legal values with modern pedagogy. About the Event
After successfully hosting two All India-level Moot Court Competitions, Soundarya College of Law, Bengaluru is proud to announce the All India 3rd Moot Court Competition, 2025, scheduled for 10th and 11th October 2025. The event aims to improve participants’ legal drafting, oratory, and research skills, thereby preparing them for real-world litigation and courtroom experiences.
This competition is designed to simulate court proceedings and is a great opportunity for law students to demonstrate their legal acumen in front of judges and legal professionals.

Format and Structure
Each participating team will consist of three members:
- Two Speakers
- One Researcher
Only one team per institution is permitted.
Rounds include:
- Preliminary
- Quarterfinals
- Semifinals
- Final Round
There will also be a researcher test and submission of memorials. Evaluation will be based on legal knowledge, articulation, research, drafting, and court mannerisms.
