About the Event
This opportunity is a full-time Operations Manager role (Maternity Cover) for one year. The role is pivotal in managing the daily operations, event coordination, and client services at the IAC, ensuring seamless hearings and superior experience for top-tier legal clients. If you have a strong background in operations, events, or venue management, and can confidently lead a team in a high-pressure legal setting, this is the ideal position.

Format and Structure
This position involves hands-on operational leadership of the Centre, including:
- Leading day-to-day venue operations
- Coordinating dispute resolution hearings and legal events
- Managing a small internal team and liaising with suppliers
- Driving efficiency in bookings, CRM systems, and service standards
- Reporting to senior leadership and Legal 500 Talent partners
The selected candidate will undergo an interview and vetting process managed by the Legal 500 Talent team.
