7. Right to Personal data Privacy and Right to Information Law.
8. Right to Privacy of Public servants and public governance – Accountability.
9. Rise of Artificial intelligence and digital data analytics.
10. Role of the Judiciary in analyzing Right to Personal Data privacy.
11. Safeguarding right to Personal Data privacy in cyberspace.
12. The Right to Personal Data Privacy in the Digital Age.
13. Exemptions to the right to personal data protection under DPDP Act 2023.
14. Commodification of Personal data versus right to information autonomy of the individual.
15. Any other theme directly or indirectly related to Right to Personal Data privacy.
Call for Abstract:
Abstracts are invited from scholars, researchers, legal professionals, teachers, and NGOs/civil societies. One co-author is permitted. The abstract must be a minimum of 500 words, indicating specific research issues and the Scheme Of Presentation. Submission deadline for abstracts is January 13, 2024. The Programme Committee will review and approve abstracts.

Registration Charges:
– Participation: Rs. 500
– Paper Presentation: Rs. 1000
– No registration charges for foreigners
