About the Event

This Paid Assessment Internship is designed to provide real-world exposure to the operations of a legal recruitment consultancy. Over the course of 6–7 months, interns will work closely with the recruitment and business development teams, supporting daily operations, client outreach, and candidate evaluation.

Event Timeline

Format and Structure

This is a full-time, in-office internship at LER’s office in C.R. Park, New Delhi. Interns will be actively involved in:

• Resume Segregation & Email Management – Sorting candidate applications, maintaining inbox organization, and ensuring timely responses.
• Business Development Support – Assisting in pitching services to new clients and strengthening relationships with existing ones.
• Mandate & Candidate Tracker Maintenance – Ensuring accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.
• Social Media & Job Posting – Managing job listings on platforms and handling LER’s professional online presence.
• Research – Conducting detailed research on law firms, practice areas, and hiring trends.
• Interview Coordination – Scheduling interviews, preparing reports, and following up with clients and candidates.

Performance will be assessed based on efficiency, accuracy, communication skills, and initiative.
