The Department of Legal Affairs (DOLA), Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India, plays a crucial role in providing legal advice, policy formulation, and legislative drafting for various governmental agencies. The Department of Legal Affairs Internship Programme is designed for law students and recent graduates to gain first-hand experience in legal research, referencing work, court proceedings, and government advisory roles. This paid internship offers exposure to specialized fields of law, such as constitutional law, administrative law, economic law, labor law, arbitration, and contract law.
Interns will work closely with government legal advisors, assisting in drafting, research, and policy formulation, providing them with an enriching professional experience.
